Evidence-Based Tools for Workplace Inclusion
Lucie Kocum
Work gives us a sense of purpose, and helps us meet some of our most basic needs, whether financial or psychological. For many of us, however, the workplace is inaccessible. Building design, work bench placement, or workplace culture can serve as barriers to the recruitment and retention of individuals with temporary or permanent disabilities, or attributes requiring better access.
At the Inclusive by Design Research Lab, we focus on self-advocacy and workplace tools for workplace adjustment for improved access and inclusion.
